Then we will explore together the explanations and causes of these challenges in your life. These can be fears, recurring negative moods or persistent patterns. Then I will show you how we can approach this and we will create a suitable plan together. Ultimately, it’s about what suits you and what goal you want to work on. Regardless of what challenge you have in life, therapy is about the process of recovery and this always goes in phases. Asking for help is a big and often difficult step.
