seeking help. Truly engaging with what lives within\u2014discovering, meeting, and embracing that which perhaps has long been kept hidden or unseen\u2014can be daunting and vulnerable. It requires daring, gentleness, and curiosity to embark on this process. That is precisely why I feel deep respect for everyone who takes this step. You are most welcome.<br \/>I stand beside you in this process; you do not have to do it alone. Together, we explore what your body has to tell you. For example, when you experience fear, sadness, or joy, it is palpable in your body. By pausing to pay attention to this, space is created to listen to what presents itself from within. The answers you seek are often already present within you and want to be seen and felt. At the same time, space can be created for whatever else wants to flow: for example, joy, vitality, and energy. Guiding you on this path to your essence is what makes my work so valuable to me.<\/p><p>This requires a safe alignment with who you are now, exactly as you are. In my work, I take an experiential and intuitive approach, always connecting with what presents itself in the moment. This can take various forms: in addition to conversation, I work with body-oriented exercises, breathwork, movement, contact, and constellations, among other things. Ultimately, no matter how big your problems are, you can always come to this practice. The situation has been looked at very appropriately and based on that, it has been determined what is good and what is not. This has provided clear tools to make a quicker and better choice. This personally didn&#8217;t go well and an insight from someone else helps a lot in determining what is right and what is not. Ultimately, this benefited myself and I became more independent. My anxiety problems have become much less because of this and I have become stronger. I liked the feedback of what I had learned via e-mail. This confirmed whether I had understood the advice correctly. The atmosphere during the talks was good. Inaya, a girl of 7 years old, got very stuck. Anger at school, and we didn&#8217;t quite know where this came from. Emma was very supportive to both me and mother, and Inaya. I was always available for questions, and Inaya loved talking to her.
