roots. I\u2019m energetic, open, and genuine, with a strong curiosity about people and their stories.<\/p><p>In my work, I don\u2019t just focus on what appears on the surface, but also on what lies beneath. I\u2019m not easily intimidated by someone\u2019s story, and I believe it\u2019s important to take the time together to reflect on what is really going on \u2014 even when it\u2019s complex, painful, or confusing. That\u2019s often where meaningful change begins.<\/p><p>I enjoy working with clients who are willing to explore and understand: where patterns come from, what keeps them in place, and what someone needs in order to move forward. For me, assessment and treatment go hand in hand, always grounded in connection and equality.<\/p><p>My approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), complemented by elements from schema therapy and body-oriented therapy. I work in a practical and goal-oriented way when helpful, while also paying close attention to emotions, the body, and underlying dynamics.<\/p><p>Outside of my work, I like to stay active. Ultimately, no matter how big your problems are, you can always come to this practice. The situation has been looked at very appropriately and based on that, it has been determined what is good and what is not. This has provided clear tools to make a quicker and better choice. This personally didn&#8217;t go well and an insight from someone else helps a lot in determining what is right and what is not. Ultimately, this benefited myself and I became more independent. My anxiety problems have become much less because of this and I have become stronger. I liked the feedback of what I had learned via e-mail. This confirmed whether I had understood the advice correctly. The atmosphere during the talks was good. Inaya, a girl of 7 years old, got very stuck. Anger at school, and we didn&#8217;t quite know where this came from. Emma was very supportive to both me and mother, and Inaya. I was always available for questions, and Inaya loved talking to her.
