Feeling stuck and not sure how to move foward on your own?

Life can only be understood backwards,

A score we are proud of

The help I get here is amazing! The environment is very nice and the person I am talking to now is very nice and she listens to me and also gives me good advice and tools that work. In addition, it’s nice that I can email her if I’m feeling down and just don’t know what to do. It’s nice to know you’re not alone in this.
5/5
I am very satisfied with my treatment. The situation has been looked at very appropriately and based on that, it has been determined what is good and what is not. This has provided clear tools to make a quicker and better choice. This personally didn’t go well and an insight from someone else helps a lot in determining what is right and what is not. Ultimately, this benefited myself and I became more independent. My anxiety problems have become much less because of this and I have become stronger. I’m very happy with that too.
5/5

A good problem analysis was made and the advice was in line with this. I liked the feedback of what I had learned via e-mail. This confirmed whether I had understood the advice correctly. The atmosphere during the sessions was good. Attention was paid to what was said or not said.

Waiting times per 01-01-2026

In our practice we would like to help you to face and manage the challenges in your life more easily and to enable you to give the direction back that you want. After registration, you will be contacted within 5 working days.

At the moment, it could take 4-6 weeks before we can start with new treatment trajectories.

The waiting times on our website comply with the guidelines that the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NzA) have on their website.

The NzA makes a distinction between:

Registration waiting time (the number of weeks between your registration and your first intake);

Treatment waiting time (the number of weeks between your first intake and the start of treatment).

The waiting times on this page are updated monthly.

If you think the waiting time is too long, you can always contact us or ask your health insurer for waiting list mediation. Your health insurer can support you so that you receive an intake interview within 4 weeks of the first contact with a healthcare provider, and that treatment has started within 10 weeks of the intake. These are the maximum acceptable waiting times that have been jointly agreed upon by healthcare providers and health insurer (the benchmark standards).
