My name is Laura, and your story is central to me. My approach is personal, clear, and goal-oriented. I believe that trust is the foundation for growth—trust in me, but especially (re)trust in yourself. I create an environment where you feel heard and taken seriously. A place where there’s room to explore what’s going on, without having to adapt or suppress anything.
With genuine interest, I’ll listen to what’s on your mind, and together we’ll explore what you need to regain your balance. I use positive psychology, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. This combination will help you gain new insights, take practical steps, and develop resilience.
