Exploring what’s beneath the surface
My name is Rosie, and I have a mix of Dutch and Italian roots. I’m energetic, open, and genuine, with a strong curiosity about people and their stories.
In my work, I don’t just focus on what appears on the surface, but also on what lies beneath. I’m not easily intimidated by someone’s story, and I believe it’s important to take the time together to reflect on what is really going on — even when it’s complex, painful, or confusing. That’s often where meaningful change begins.
I enjoy working with clients who are willing to explore and understand: where patterns come from, what keeps them in place, and what someone needs in order to move forward. For me, assessment and treatment go hand in hand, always grounded in connection and equality.
My approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), complemented by elements from schema therapy and body-oriented therapy. I work in a practical and goal-oriented way when helpful, while also paying close attention to emotions, the body, and underlying dynamics.
Outside of my work, I like to stay active. I enjoy surfing, climbing, and playing beach tennis — activities that challenge me, energize me, and help me approach life with joy.
I look forward to starting this journey together with you and working step by step toward your goals.
